The zero-gravity position is inspired by NASA research into the optimal body posture for reducing pressure and strain on astronauts’ spines during launch and atmospheric re-entry.

The L portion of the track extends beneath the seat, allowing the mechanism to reach past the glutes and down to the hamstrings. This provides a more complete massage, enhances the Zero Gravity experience, and supports superior spinal decompression.
