The following policy is The Massage Chair Specialists’ general Shipping Policy.

Supplier-specific policies will always be clearly displayed on the product page and/or at the checkout page. If any condition listed on a product page/checkout page differs from this policy below, the product page/checkout page information at the time of purchase will always apply.

The Massage Chair Specialists remains responsible for ensuring your order is fulfilled in accordance with our published policies and consumer protection laws. We comply with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable U.S. or California consumer protection laws.

 

  • Domestic products ship from USA based warehouses.
  • Overseas products ship directly from the supplier’s overseas location (e.g. China) to the customer.
  • All deliveries are to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
  • Large items shipped by freight may require an appointment, curbside acceptance, and/or a signature.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders or reshipping companies.
  • Shipping data may be part of personal information covered under CCPA. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle personal information.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Where We Ship: 48 contiguous United States only.

  • Orders Outside This Area: Will be cancelled.

  • Shipping from Suppliers: Domestic products ship from U.S. warehouses; overseas products ship directly from the supplier to the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Domestic Products (USA based products shipped to Contiguous USA)

  • Standard Curbside Shipping: Free on all orders.

  • Express Curbside Shipping: Available for select brands only; cost varies by product and is calculated at the checkout page.

  • Threshold Shipping: Available for select brands only; cost varies by product. Free on orders over $2,000 for eligible brands.

  • White Glove Delivery: Free on all orders over $2,000 for eligible brands see the specific product page for more details. For products under $2,000, White Glove delivery usually costs $200–$300, this is calculated at checkout based on product ordered.

Overseas Products shipped to Contiguous USA

  • Standard Shipping: $600–$1'000 per order. Subject to brand purchased. 

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $2,499 for eligible brands (currently available for Rocozyer only) These are for high-value, large items.

  • White Glove delivery: Flat rate of $1'999 is available for eligible brands, such as Rocozyer only at this time. 

Important:

  • Shipping fees are flat-rate. Shipping costs are shown separately from the product price at checkout.
  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product(s) ordered. 
  • All Express/Threshold/White Glove delivery services are only available for select brands/products, are optional, separate from the product cost and are non-refundable even if you return the product. Please carefully read the individual product pages for accurate information on your desired product(s).
  • Any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes for overseas shipments will be displayed at the checkout page. Customers will not be billed additional charges at delivery.
  • There are no hidden fees. 

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST start processing the same day. 

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Products: (USA based products)

  • Standard Curbside Shipping: 7–10 business days.
  • Express Curbside Shipping: 2–7 business days, subject to availability. For select brands only, please carefully read the specific product page.

  • Threshold Shipping: 7–14 business days; delivered to a safe area on your property. Assembly is not included. For select brands only, please carefully read the specific product page.

  • White Glove Delivery: 10–17 business days; includes in-room delivery, full assembly, and removal of packaging materials. For select brands only, please carefully read the specific product page.

Overseas Products shipped to Contiguous USA:

  • Standard Shipping to Contiguous USA: 3–7 weeks.

  • Express Shipping to Contiguous USA: 7–14 business days. For select brands only, please carefully read the specific product page.

  • White Glove Delivery will add an additional 5–7 business days to the standard estimated delivery time.

Optional shipping services vary by brand and product. Please refer to individual product pages for more information.

Delivery timeframes can differ for each product, brand and for remote/hard to reach areas. All delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, customs delays, or carrier issues including pandemic or emergency situation.

7. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Standard/Expedited: UPS, FedEx, USPS

  • Freight/Large Items: UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, specialty carriers

  • White Glove Services: Includes in-home delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, the carrier name, and a link to track your shipment.

If you experience issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Packages: Contact us if your package exceeds estimated delivery times.

  • Lost Packages: Verify shipping address, check with neighbors/building management, and contact us if needed.

  • Damaged Packages: Take photos and contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for assistance.

10. Missing Items

  • Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and details of missing items.

  • We will resolve the issue with replacement or refund.

11. Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Products: (Shipped from Contiguous USA to Contiguous USA)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Overseas Products: (Shipped from Overseas to Contiguous USA)

  • Are final sale due to international freight costs and import restrictions.

  • Generally returns are not accepted for these items at this time. However exceptions apply only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described - if this is the case, we will work with the supplier to provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

  • Warranty support and parts is provided by the suppliers; we will assist customers in claims and troubleshooting to the best of our ability. Customers are responsible for following supplier warranty instructions; we will assist where possible.

 

Return Shipping Costs for Domestic Products:

  • Customer pays unless the return is due to our error.

  • Restocking fees: Vary by brand and product, see individual product page for more information. Such fees helps cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs for large high value freight shipments and are separate from the product cost.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 30 days after receiving returned items and is issued to the original payment method.

12. Order Cancellation

  • $20 processing fee + approximately 3% credit card fees for cancellations.

  • If order has shipped, return shipping and rerouting costs may apply.

  • Supplier-specific cancellation policies may override this.

13. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

14. Customs and Duties

  • Applicable only for overseas products shipped from suppliers outside the USA to the USA

  • For overseas shipments, any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes are displayed at checkout. Customers will not incur additional charges upon delivery

  • Domestic products shipped entirely within the USA: no customs, duties, or import taxes apply.

We maintain the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
