2.4 Geographic Scope (Payments & Billing)
Business Area: We operate and accept payments only for customers located within the Contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining U.S. states).

Not Served: We do not currently accept payments from or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Address Verification: Orders with a billing or shipping address outside the Contiguous U.S. will be cancelled and refunded, unless otherwise explicitly approved by us in writing prior to purchase.

2.5 Payment Due Date

One-Time Purchases: Payment is due within 10 business days of invoice date.

3. Invoicing

Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued to you as required by our team. Please check the invoice carefully and ensure the billing information is correct. If the information is not correct, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Method: Invoices will be sent electronically via Email to the contact information provided by the Customer. If you wish to receive the invoice via mail, please let us know and we will arrange this.

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
- The invoice will be valid for 30 days.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Late Payments

Late Fee: If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law will be charged on the outstanding balance.
4.2 Suspension of Services

Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date.

Reinstatement: Services will be reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts, including any late fees.
5. Disputed Charges

Notification Period: If you dispute any charges on your invoice, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.

6. Refunds and Credits

9. Recurring Payments
9.1 Automatic Renewal

- Recurring payments are charged to the same payment method used during initial purchase unless updated by the customer.
9.2 Cancellation

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice to us at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle. At this present time the only “Buy now pay later” option we provide is “Shop Pay”.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period.

Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
14. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping environment:

Verification: We may perform verification checks and request additional information before accepting an order. Checks such as ID verification/billing address verification which may include cancellation or delay of the order pending verification.

Suspicious Activity: Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include cancellation of the order.
15. Order Acceptance and Limitations
- We reserve the right to refuse/decline any order you may place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Such restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
- Orders with billing or shipping addresses outside the Contiguous U.S. will be cancelled unless explicitly approved in writing prior to purchase. If your order is changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you via email.
15.1 No International Billing
- Orders placed using international payment methods or non-U.S. billing addresses will be automatically cancelled.
- All of the above is consistent with our Payment Policy.
