We comply with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. This warranty does not limit any consumer rights you may have under California law.
Brand-By-Brand Warranty Policy
1. Medical Breakthrough
All Medical Breakthrough's Massage Chairs include a 3-year warranty, and if you encounter any issues, a technician will be sent to your home for a free repair within 1 year.
2. VEVOR
1 year warranty on all products.
3. Nouhaus
1-3 year warranty dependent on product purchased.

To ensure your peace of mind, we provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects for the duration of the applicable Warranty Period, beginning on the date your product is shipped.
All warranties described on this page are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Warranties are not honored for products purchased through third parties.
This warranty covers labor and parts only, excluding normal wear and tear, and is subject to inspection and approval by NOUHAUS®.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty protects against the following issues present at the time of delivery:

Warranty Conditions
The following conditions apply to all warranty claims:

Replacement parts will be shipped to the original purchaser’s address only

Replaced parts may be reclaimed by NOUHAUS® for disposal

To make a warranty claim, NOUHAUS® must be notified within 14 days of discovering the defect. Claims must include:

To the extent permitted under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, any repaired or replaced parts will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
To the extent permitted under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, this warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

Upholstery degradation (PU leather, fabric, genuine leather, mesh)

Armrest tops, pillows, casters, or mesh stitching

Plastic surface damage

Variations in mechanism tightness

Minor variations in color or dimensions

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, pets, fire, flooding, natural disasters, or other non-manufacturing incidents (including those covered by insurance)

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Products that have been modified or altered without written authorization from NOUHAUS®

Damage caused during self-assembly due to failure to follow provided assembly instructions

Minor misalignments or variations resulting from hand-crafted manufacturing processes

Commercial use, including but not limited to products used by landlords, leasing companies, contractors, remodelers, or any private or public entity for rental, commercial, or industrial purposes

Damaged or Defective Products
Our packaging is designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit, and all products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. However, if your product arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
You will be asked to provide:

Please do not discard any original packaging, boxes, or parts until the issue has been fully resolved.
4. Wanko Massage Chairs
Unlimited Technical Support: Our support team is always available to help with troubleshooting or technical questions.
Parts Warranty: All parts are covered for 5 years from the original purchase date.
Labor Warranty: Repair labor is included for the first year.

Warranty Restrictions
To keep your warranty active, please be aware of the following conditions:
Prior Authorization Required: Any repair or replacement must be approved by Wanko Massage Chairs before work is performed.
Original Purchaser Only: The warranty applies solely to the first owner and cannot be transferred.
Regional Validity: Coverage applies only within the continental United States.
Authorized Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty service.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty excludes the following situations:
Improper Setup: Damage arising from incorrect installation.
Incorrect Use: Issues resulting from not following the operating instructions.
Unauthorized Service: Repairs or alterations performed without approval from Wanko Massage Chairs.
External Conditions: Damage caused by power issues, shipping mishandling, rust, corrosion, dirt, or natural disasters.
Normal Use Wear: Gradual softening of cushions, pillows, foams, or memory materials; fabric wear, fading, or pilling.
Leather Characteristics: Natural variations in leather textures, markings, or dye appearance.
5. Kahuna Chair
Dependent on the product purchased, Dios products vary from 2-3 year warranty and 1 year labor and parts warranty available on all Kahuna Chair massage chairs. The exact warranty depends on the product you purchased, please read carefully before purchasing.
The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the purchase agreement. Open-box items are covered under the same warranty conditions, but all open-box sales are final.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Kahuna Chair or through our authorized distributors and resellers (online and offline). Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty; replacement parts or units must be purchased separately.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by natural disasters or external events
All individual parts, including handheld remote controllers, carry a one-month warranty. Damage from wear and tear, animal exposure, liquid spills, or accidental damage is not covered.

7. KoziSense
Warranty Services
Warranty coverage is provided from the original date of purchase and varies by model.
Models A18, KZ-313, KZ-605 – 3-Year After-Sales Service

Year 1: Complimentary maintenance and repairs for any major defects related to materials or workmanship.

Years 2–3: Replacement parts are covered at no cost. Virtual technical support and instructional videos are included; labor fees are not covered.
Model KZ-L66 – 5-Year After-Sales Service

Years 1–2: Free maintenance and repair for significant defects in materials or workmanship.

Years 3–5: Replacement parts are provided at no charge. Virtual support and instructional videos are included; labor costs are excluded.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration of PU leather, including scratches, cuts, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, water exposure, floods, fires, or other external factors.

Indirect or Incidental Damage: Loss or damage arising from use, misuse, inability to use the product, or inherent product issues.

Unauthorized Alterations: Damage resulting from changes or modifications made without written approval from KoziSense.

Improper Self-Assembly: Damage caused by failing to follow the provided assembly instructions.

Handcrafted Variations: Minor differences due to handcrafted manufacturing processes.
Limited Warranty Terms
KoziSense retains the right to evaluate and determine the validity of all warranty claims. Any replacements required due to excluded conditions will be at the customer’s expense. KoziSense will decide, at its discretion and in accordance with Consumer Law, whether to repair or replace defective components.
Warranty service is limited to defective materials or parts only. If a claim is approved, replacement materials will be provided, though variations in color or texture may occur.
This warranty is in addition to any rights provided under Consumer Law. If any portion of this warranty is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The warranty will be void if the product becomes defective due to misuse, inadequate maintenance, or commercial use.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any subsequent owner receives the product “as is” and is not eligible for warranty coverage from KoziSense.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This warranty and KoziSense’s stated obligations replace all other warranties, except those required under Consumer Law, whether expressed or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any other representations made to the original purchaser.
