Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the supplier receives the returned product. You will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds occur after receipt of returned items for domestic products.

Overseas Products (China-based brands: Belove, Yijie, Rocozyer): When purchased these products are considered final sale. No refunds/exchnges/returns are accepted. Warranty support is provided by the supplier, and we facilitate claims and communication on your behalf. We will help and provide assistance to you with any troubleshooting or issues that arrise.
