Belove Intelligent Information Technology Ltd is in the beautiful Zengcheng District of Guangzhou, China. Our office building covers an area of 2980 square meters, and our factory covers an area of 9000 square meters. With an annual production capacity of 20000+ massage chairs, our products are sold to more than 100 countries such as US, UK, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Turkey but to name a few. We tend to develop more than 30 new products every year to keep up with our customers needs.


















For most Belove massage chairs there is no installation required, However some of the higher spec models do require a simple installation. We will provide the relevant installation guide once the order is completed.
2 year warranty for all products over $900, 1 year warranty for all products under $900. Should you experience any defects within the warranty period, we will provide you with any spare parts that you may require.
The Massage Chair Specialists operates exclusively within the USA market, therefore we do not provide shipping outside of the USA at this time.
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Peurto Rico will be subject to the suppliers shipping fees.
Most massage chairs come in 1 large box with the armrests and footrest in separate boxes and require assembly. Installation guide/videos will be provided if not already.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfilment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before [Cut-Off Time, e.g. 6:00 PM EST] will begin processing the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Occasionally, delays can occur due to payment confirmation or inventory status. We will inform you promptly if any major delays arise.
Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your order, a $20 processing fee will apply, along with credit card transaction fees (approximately 3%), regardless of whether the order has shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-consignment or rerouting fees incurred. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The above is generally the case, however some suppliers cancellation policy may differ, in the event that it differs, you will be subject to the terms and conditions on the suppliers cancellation policy.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping Options: (within continental USA only)
1. Free Standard "Curb-side" shipping:
If you choose our FREE curbside delivery, your massage chair will typically arrive within 7–10 business days (may vary - any Massage Chairs being shipped from outside of the USA will differ greatly) from the date of shipment.
Most chairs ship in 2 to 3 boxes, and delivery will be to your front door or curbside, depending on carrier capabilities.
In many cases, the chair will be delivered mostly assembled, with the armrests and footrest in separate boxes. Basic assembly usually involves attaching these components, and occasionally a remote pedestal. We offer detailed assembly guides and videos to assist you.
Because these chairs are heavy, we recommend having an extra set of hands or a dolly (or two) ready for assistance.
2. Free Threshold Shipping:
We will ship your order to a local third party company. The third party company will call you in advance to arrange it. This involves the item being brought into a dry, safe and secure area on your property such as your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area only. Like curbside delivery, this option does not include assembly, unpackaging or installation. This delivery option should take approx. 7-14 business days.
Please note that this will only apply if the supplier of the product offers this service.
3. Free White Glove Delivery:
If you choose the FREE White Glove Delivery option (Covered by the Massage Chair Specialists), this premium service includes:
Delivery into the room of your choice
Full assembly and placement
Removal of all packaging materials
Please note: this delivery method takes longer, typically adding about one week to the standard delivery timeline. The chair will first ship via LTL Freight, then transfer to a final-mile/white glove partner.
When the delivery company contacts you to schedule your appointment, please inform them about any stairs, tight spaces, or unique challenges at the delivery location. If your setup requires more than two movers, additional charges may apply (including for return visits). If your location is complex (e.g., multiple staircases, tight turns), sending us photos ahead of time will help ensure smooth delivery.
Also keep in mind: If your item is returned or exchanged, a white glove pickup will be required, which can involve significant costs. We advise considering this when choosing your delivery option.

4. Express Shipping
If you vouch for an expedited/express shipping option, this typically comes with at an additional cost. This can be arranged by contacting us.

Damages:
We take great care to ensure your item is delivered in the same condition it left the manufacturer. However, any damage or loss during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, not The Massage Chair Specialists.
Carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery. Please note: freight-related damage must be reported within 24 hours to ensure eligibility for a claim and timely resolution.
Before signing the delivery receipt, please carefully inspect your item for any signs of damage. By signing, you acknowledge that the product arrived in acceptable condition, and neither the carrier nor The Massage Chair Specialists can be held liable for any damage discovered afterward. Once accepted as undamaged, the product becomes your responsibility.
To report any damage, email info@themassagechairspecialists.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue.

Cancellations & Refunds:
At The Massage Chair Specialists we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns:
Our (The Massage Chair Specialists) Refund & Returns policy will default to the Refund & Return policy of the supplier/brand you purchased.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times:
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days.
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of The Massage Chair Specialists control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

When you are making a purchase from The Massage Chair Specialists, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@themassagechairspecialists.com. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Massage Chair Specialists default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
All of our products listed have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Note: If you select White Glove Delivery and later decide to return your chair, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your order. Since the packaging materials are removed during white glove delivery, a white glove pickup will be required for the return, which can be significantly more expensive.
Additionally, if you decline repair or replacement of your item, you will be liable for all shipping fees in both directions, as well as any associated charges.
BOGO Promotions:
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Chargebacks:
Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
