Complete Care / In-Home Service
For in-home service, Infinity Massage Chairs will provide all necessary covered parts directly to the customer. If needed, an authorized service provider may perform repairs at the customer’s residence at no charge. In cases where a part is no longer produced, Infinity Massage Chairs may substitute a comparable product. The retail replacement value will never exceed the original net price paid. If the customer declines a replacement, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer obligated to provide warranty service.
During the 3-year parts warranty, Infinity Massage Chairs supplies covered parts at no cost, but customers are responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. Structural coverage includes steel components, welded steel joints, and any wood framework. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty, shipping, duties, and brokerage fees remain the customer’s responsibility. Infinity Massage Chairs reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts within a reasonable timeframe. Field service is available only in the U.S. and major Canadian metropolitan areas and must be pre-approved and performed by authorized personnel to maintain warranty validity.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from:

Improper installation or unauthorized repairs

Commercial or corporate use

Modifications or alterations of the original product

Incorrect use of electrical power or power interruptions

Accidents, drops, or mishandling (including remotes)

Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions

Transportation damage or theft

Environmental hazards (fire, flood, rust, corrosion, sand, wind, hail, earthquake, or weather exposure)

Loss of use while the product is awaiting repair or parts

Purchases from unauthorized dealers
Additionally, the following are not considered defects:

Natural wear, fading, or pilling of fabrics

Softening or hardening of foam or pillow/pad fillings over time

Natural variations in leather grain or color

Failures of attachment points such as stitching, Velcro, or zippers
This warranty is non-transferable. Damage caused by shipping or handling does not constitute a defect.
